After an order is placed, the order is shipped within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been shipped, Customers will be notified by email with tracking information included.

We know you're just as excited to receive your order, as we are to make sure you get it promptly. Pellet Grills Galore processes each order as they are received. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with a specific delivery carrier's tracking number. We encourage you to use that tracking link, as often as necessary, for you to know the exact day your order will arrive.

If for some reason you did not receive the shipped notification email, please feel free to contact us to see where your order is in the process. If there is a holiday or weather-related issues, you may experience a delay in delivery date as well.

If you're looking for advice on what to try and use, feel free to talk to a representative for suggestions that would work on your specific meats. We have flavorings to enhance vegetables, beef, chicken, fish, pork, and other useful tips as well. Everything in our store has been tasted, tested, and approved as delicious. We have a product to enhance the flavors of anything you want to BBQ.

At Pellet Grills Galore, we have a wide variety of pellet grills to choose from and customize to your needs and preferences. Our grills handle all BBQ needs from smoking to sizzling searing high temps. Some grills start smoking as low as 150° to as high as searing temperatures of 600° and some even flame broil. There are Wi-Fi models that help you monitor your cook right from the couch. The benefit of Wi-Fi grilling is it allows you to run profiles that do step-by-step and timed cooks. We are available in-store to help you determine the best grill for you as you explore our large selection of pellet grills.

We do offer a few types of classes:

Returning a qualified item is simple. We follow standard RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) return procedures. The following return qualifications and guidelines to be followed are listed below.

  1. All returns or other matters must be made within 14 days of invoice date.
  2. If Pellet Grills Galore made an order error, Shipping charges will be refunded.
  3. An RMA is required BEFORE returning an item. NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE. Call Customer service for the RMA#.
  4. Qualified returns will incur a 25% re-stock fee.
    Exceptions: A. Item ordered was incorrect and the intent is to order the correct item. B. Pellet Grills Galore made order error.
  5. All authorized returns must be shipped prepaid and carefully boxed.
  6. Any carrier may be used for the return. We highly recommend insuring your return and get a tracking number.

Non-returnable items:

  • All Food products.
  • Pellet Grills are non-returnable, but we do offer product support and have an on-site service center.
  • Special orders.

Calling our Customer Service number at 1-800-927-6110 is the best way to receive an RMA number. A Pellet Grills Galore representative will be able to let you know if your product qualifies as a returnable item and provide you an RMA code promptly.
